How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–5 business days within the United States.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, SlabNation only ships within the United States.
How do returns work?
You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unopened and in original condition.
When will I get my refund?
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Are hobby box contents guaranteed?
No. Hobby boxes and sealed packs contain randomized trading cards. Contents, rarity, and value are not guaranteed.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once shipped, they cannot be canceled.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards through secure payment providers.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will review and provide a replacement or refund if applicable.
