Return Eligibility

✓ Eligible for Return

  • Items received damaged during transit.
  • Incorrect items shipped by SlabNation.
  • Products that remain sealed, unopened, and in original condition.
  • Returns requested within 30 days of delivery.

✕ Not Eligible for Return

  • Opened hobby boxes, packs, or sealed trading card products.
  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration.
  • Products returned without prior authorization.
  • Gift cards, promotional products, or final-sale items.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact our support team at contactsupport@SlabNation.shop.
  2. Provide your order number and full name.
  3. Explain the reason for the return request.
  4. Include photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  5. Wait for return authorization and instructions from our team.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional time to post the funds to your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your package arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Our team will review your case and work quickly to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping expenses unless the return is caused by our error, including damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped products.

For your protection, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning products.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment processing begins. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it can no longer be canceled and will be subject to this Return & Refund Policy.
