How Ordering Works

At SlabNation, we aim to make the ordering process simple, secure, and transparent. Once you place an order on SlabNation.shop, our system immediately begins processing it for verification and fulfillment.

All orders are subject to availability and payment authorization before they are confirmed and shipped.

Order Process

  1. Order Placement: You complete checkout on our website.
  2. Payment Authorization: Payment is verified and approved.
  3. Order Processing: We prepare your item within 1–2 business days.
  4. Shipping: Your order is handed to a carrier for delivery (3–5 business days).
  5. Tracking: A tracking number is provided once available.

Product Availability

We work hard to keep inventory information accurate and up to date. However, availability may change quickly due to demand in the collectible hobby market.

In Stock Items

Items marked as “in stock” are available for immediate purchase and will be processed within 1–2 business days.

Limited Stock

Some hobby boxes may have limited availability and can sell out quickly without notice.

Out of Stock

If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you and issue a full refund or alternative solution.

Pre-Orders (If Applicable)

Pre-order items ship once the product is officially released and received in our warehouse.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
