  2. Reservation: Your item is reserved from upcoming stock.
  3. Release Date: We receive the product from distributors or manufacturers.
  4. Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after arrival.
  5. Shipping: Your order is shipped (3–5 business days delivery time).

Important Pre-Sale Notice

  • Release dates are estimates and may change based on manufacturers or distributors.
  • Pre-sale items may experience delays outside of our control.
  • All pre-sale orders are fulfilled in the order they are received.
  • Quantities are limited and subject to allocation from suppliers.

Payment & Billing

Payment for pre-sale items is collected at the time of purchase to secure your order. This guarantees your reservation once the product becomes available.

  • Orders are processed automatically once inventory arrives.

Shipping Timeline

Once the pre-sale product arrives at our facility, your order follows our standard fulfillment process.

Cancellations & Changes

Pre-sale orders can be canceled before the product has been shipped to our warehouse or before fulfillment begins.
